Having problems with your 2001 Chevrolet Corvette ?

Right rear brake light doesn't work, on my 2001 Z-06 Corvette. Took it to the dealership a long time ago for the recall on the steering column. When I got it back the brake light didn't work and the dealership wanted an additional $700 or so to fix it. Then the column key control wouldn't let me drive over 1 mile per hour a few years later and the dealership charged me $700 but still didn't fix the brake light, they said that would be an additional $700.00 So how can i fix this without getting

Check it out. Under the passenger floor panel you will find two relays above the computer box. Pull them. Check them. One of these is to the steering lock bypass which is a $19.70 part at Napa. I went through this for a week and a half and refused to get taken by the dealer for 1400.00 dollars and GM's bull s*-! Recall. Check it and you will be driving more than 1.5 MPH.
