I replaced the cooling temp sensor 3wks ago and my check engine

Sometimes it is not the sensor's fault, but a wire in the circuit, or a connection at the plug.  Look for damage.   Did you buy an authentic Chevy part? Beware of cheap aftermarket electrical parts, they don't always meet the correct specs---
