Having problems with your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 ?

Brakes go into anti lock at 10 mph and slower. the truck has no abs faults

What do you mean??? the abs isn't dependant on MPH. It can take affect at any speed when it detects wheel spin. If you break at 100mph and the wheels start to slip/loose traction the abs will kick on, same thing at 10mph. If you break hard and the wheels slip or if your on snow, ice, in rain or even grass the abs can and should kick on.
Check your tire's feel them, if the thread feel's smooth and not gripy then you will not have traction and will engage your A.B.S due to wheel speed sensor reads less mph them one of the other wheel's, I had the same thing with my GMC my tire's look good, replace them and it fixs my A.B.S problem.
