The "intelligent power module" is the under hood fuse box, I'm almost positive this is a dealer only item. but before you go and buy one, a fairly common problem with Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth vans is that the wire harness connectors that go into this fuse box corrode. Unplugging the connectors and cleaning the contacts with battery cleaner and/or a small brush, then applying some electrical grease will usually solve any problems with the intelligent power module (fuse box) since there really isn't anything that can actually "break" in a fuse box. Good luck.
You are not going to get an IPM from autozone. as far as i know they are dealership only. probably $250.00. this module bolts directly to the front of the underhood fuse block, on the left inner fender.
