Having problems with your 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan ?

The MIL light came on on our 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan (3.3 L V-6). The following maintenance codes came up when turning the ignition key on and off 3 times (P1684 and P0456). I have a Haines repair manual but these two particular codes are not listed. Any help would be appreciated.

Answers :

You are correct... these are not normal codes and as such not listed in a generic module like yours

DTC P1684 is a status message indicating PCM memory has been cleared within the past 50 ignition cycles and does not indicate a fault.

and the P0456 means you have a small EVAP leak which will be near impossible to find unless you have a "smoke" machine
