You have a short to ground in the tail light circuit. This is most likly in the truck, from maybe loading the truck with something that might have pinched a wire. Look carefully at the wiring that might be in an area of the truck where something might have pinched the wire. If you find a problem, and it wont take much of a pinch, just enough to get through the insulation, put a bit of electrical tape around it and you are fine.

\015\012The problem could also be in the front parking lights, this is the same circuit. Look under the front fender wheels or where ever the wiring runs to see if something has cut any wires. Maybe a wire clamp has come loose in the engine compartment where these front parking light wires run. See if you can follow the wires from both the front parking and from the tail lights looking for evidence of damage
