Answers :

From looking at the wiring diagrams, the Subwoofer amplifier is fed power and signal from the Radio, but I don't see any other relays or fuses. It sounds to me like your Subwoofer has blown, or your Subwoofer Amplifier has burned out. You can test your Subwoofer (the speaker itself) with a 1.5v AA battery. Touch the terminals with the + and - sides of the battery and you should hear a scratch or slight popping sound. You could also use a multimeter to check the Subwoofer for an Open Line. If the Subwoofer terminals have no resistance, the Subwoofer has blown. If the Subwoofer does have resistance, you probably just have a blown Subwoofer Amplifier.
