Having problems with your 2001 Ford F150 Styleside SuperCrew ?

Rear Brakes appear to be warped.

\015 My truck feeling like I am driving over mini speed bumps when I apply the brakes. It feels like it is coming from the rear brakes.\015\012\015\012I am assuming the rear discs are warped. I am not getting any metal to metal sounds. Is there special tools or any tricks to replacing the rotors? Or is it just a matter of removing the tire, \015\012loosening the wheel nut and pulling or beating off the rotor?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 09-12-2019

Answers :

More then likely, the front rotors are warped up from stopping too fast...pull wheels calipers and rotors off. take to local garage to have them turned smooth.. they cost about 10 or 15 each to have that done... also change the brake pads.
