Answers :

There are two ten mm bolts that hold up the two corners of the bumper followed by a dozen or so push pin type plastic clips remove the two tens and pull the centers out of all the plastic clips and remove the lower halves, the bumper then has a plastic bracket on each side that if pulled straight back will slide right off, as for the sheet metal reapir you can either buy a cheap bodymans slide hammer and drill and pull where it needs or if there is damage to the bumper rebar ( metal bar under cover) you can get a ratcheting "come along" and set the ebrake and chain the other end to a tree, and pull it that way .sounds like you may even be able to use a big sledge hammer and knock the trunck back out also -jeff
