Having problems with your 2001 Honda Odyssey ?

TCS and Engine Light

\015 I have an 01 Honda Odyssey with 64000 miles. After purchasing gas the TCS light and the Engine Light come on. The TCS light usually goes out after the vehicle is operated a few times and often the Engine Light also will go out. Usually the Engine light will go off prior to having to purchase gas again. I understand that the cause can be anything from a bad gas cap to the need to replace a more expensive part. Is there any way to test the gas cap before buying a new one to see if that is the problem? Any other suggestions? Also the clock light is out. Is there easy access to replace it?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 22-04-2019

Answers :

I would recommend you have someone check the computer for trouble codes first. The codes will direct you as to what needs to be tested.
