Having problems with your 2001 Nissan Sentra ?
2001 sentra SE Bogs Down, things I've done:
\015 After I checked all the plugs and all the coils on every cylinder and swapped the coils out one after another with known good one.\0121. Tested fuel line pressure, no problems.\0122, Pumped out all the gas and used clean fuel, no joy\0123. Swapped out MAF with known good unit, no joy\0124. Removed fuel pump to check if it filter was plugged and pump was ok, no problem\0125. Removed ECU shipped to AutoECU for repair, tested and road tested on a car, ecu is fine\0126. Swapped out transmission control unit with known good unit, no joy.\012I've also changed the valve cover gasket because it was leaking and dripping on the hot manifold. \012The car starts and runs fine when cold, starts to bog down when its warmed up or when it goes into gear. I have a OBDII reader the original codes it showed were transmission related. It is not showing any trouble codes even when I drive it around the block and it stalls completely and I restart it and limp it back to my garage. The dealer estimates it will take several hours to trouble shoot, while it's a good car it's not worth spending a $1,000 or more to find the problem. I' stumped. Any suggestions\015
Some have an egr valve thats operated by hot antifreeze which runs through the base of the tbi unit and sometimes these gaskets fail and cause this condition..it also affects the vacuum system too check to se if yours is equiped with these and repost...
