Did you turn the rotors or drums? and in some cases oem (original) pads are best to preven noise also if they are disc brakes, thier is a coating to used in some cases to help prevent this and lastly did use the brand new pads or shoes firmly when you first put them in? If so, this can glaze the pads and make them squeek.
Could be bad rotors, or too cheap brake pads. You can try buy new brake pads that are protect from squeaking noise
