Having problems with your 2001 Toyota Celica ?

Fan inside engine doesnt turn around

\015 I have a 2000 toyota celica gts and i just put a cold air intake but the fan starts to not working and my car still runs good but when i start the engine the rpm starts on 1 does it have to start on 0 im not sure i will be happy if anyone asnwer my question and advance thank you\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 10-12-2018

When you add something like a CAI, you change the dynamics of the engine. The computer is constantly monitoring the fuel, air, heat, etc ratios. You are playing with years and years of engineering that went into the car. You will probably need to get the computer reprogrammed to accomidate the modification.
