Having problems with your 2001 Toyota Highlander ?

It feels like the traction control or ABS is malfunctioning upon take off. No fault appear on the computer???/

Remove the brake caliper and check that it's sliding pins are free and that the piston can be pushed back freely.
If it is very stiff, then also release the bleed nipple on the caliper and try again. If it is much freer, then you likely have an issue with the ABS unit. If it makes little difference, then you have a seized caliper, which you might consider replacing.
