Answers :

Sounds like a bad ground connection. There can be a bad ground from the battery to the body, any of the body grounds- look at the firewall below / around the hood hinges . Check around the inner front fenders.

You also have to check all the fuses , under the dash and under the hood. I can access the wiring diagrams .

There is a major fuse or ground open somewhere . We can pick one circuit and troubleshoot it . You will need a test light , some hand tools and maybe a volt meter. Try to use this diagram like a guide (click over image for zoom)...
