Cylinder head is cracked: How do I replace it?

It is a pretty easy change out if you know how to disassemble the motor. If you don't I highly recommend you get a Haynes or Chilton's manual on your vehicle from a local Auto Parts store so you have the assembly and disassemble steps as well as instructions for setting the timing Belt and gears properly. Since you are going to have the engine open and apart now would be a good time to do the rings and have the connecting rods and bearing checked is you are comfortable taking these out. Since the head was cracked you will want to magna Flux the Cylinders to make sure they are not damaged. No since in going through all the steps to pull the head without checking everything that it gives you access to. When you re-assemble to motor, replace the Timing belt. Don't try using the old belt again as it will be worn anyway and it would be a waste to put something old back in just to have to open it again and replace it in the future.
