Having problems with your 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo ?

Signal Lights - flasher...

\015 When the ignition is turned on the flasher goes crazy, put the lever down for left signal and turn indicator on dash illuminates and front/rear signals work properly, return lever to center or up for right signal and it goes crazy with no dash indicator or front/rear signals. I understand that if you have an burnt out bulb it will flash quickly, but to have both burn out at the same time and also the dash light seems unusual. It all happened all of a sudden, worked fine, driving straight without touching indicator then the sound of a ticking flasher appeared, i assumed i had left the turn signal on and tried to correct it, did not work and has not quit since. Bulbs and flashers are good. Car has only 40,000 km's, not that it matters.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 10-12-2018
