Having problems with your 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer ?

Lights on dash stay on and ac/heat fan does not work.

\015 My 2002 trailblazer was running fine. I stopped at the store and when I started it back up the ABS, Brake, Check 4 wheel drive stay on all the time and the fan for the ac/heat does not work. I have checked the fuses and relays under the hood and under the backseat but haven't found anything blown. I went to autozone and the alternator is fine and the battery is holding charge. Can anyone help? My fan wont disengage so i changed the air filter, seemed like a good idea but ever since all dash lights wont shut off, abs, check engine, 4x4 and my airconditioner doesnt work or my cruise control. I've only got 22,000 miles on this thing but i live in vegas and its hotter than Africa here can any one help please. This is too crazy. Your problem is exaclty like mine. I changed the air filter because of the roaring that was coming from the engine; I thought maybe the engine was starved for air. I've since learned that the fan clutch assembly on Trailblazers is notoriously bad. Now, I'm not so concerned with the fan, but I have three idiot lights on constantly, I have no cruise control and no a/c. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be? I live in Las Vegas so I need the a/c. Please help.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 06-04-2020

Your Ignition switch is not feeding 12 volts to the orange wire it feeds the accesory circuit. mine was melting poor design..
Check rear fuse block under drivers side rear seat may need to remove fuse block under fuse block there will be an orange wire with terminal damaged
