Hi and welcome to FixYa,

As in most vehicles, the windows are part of the door assembly. Pls check if there is a rubber weather-stripping along the bottom of the door. If none then rust has entered the door and corroded the bracket/mechanism holding the window up. It is also possible that the glass has lodged itself against the window track and guide and therefore won't budge. While performing visual inspections/repair/replacement, it may also be worth your while to check the motor and cable guides.

This is best left to trained professionals but should you venture a DIY (do-it-yourself), the interior trim panel and weather barrier must be removed. It is a pretty tight squeeze in there.

Check and perform preliminary visual or necessary inspection. Pls post back result(s). Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.
