I have the same problem that just started on my 2002 Caravan also,
I did not have a compressor to try this, I used my shop vac both suction and blowing. I also tried a wire hanger. I'm now getting some good flow out of the tube outside but I still get a little water inside also running down into the floor pan. The seal around this tube seems to get mushy and saturated and it starts to ooze there on the inside. I saw a post somewhere else saying to cut a hose and use some sealant and slip in on the tube as far into the insulation as possible, do you think that would help??
Clean out the drain on the evaporator box.Look under the hood, and look directly under where the ac lines go into the firewall,it will be under the vehicle, use a air tank with a blow gun to stick into the drain whole and blow it out,now when it is clear, the water will pour oput like a water fall.If this was at all helpful please rate, thank you.
