Blower fan only works on high for AC & heater

\015\012Look for a resister in the circuit which has burned out and breaks continuity. Typically, there is a resistor which is located somewhere in the airstream of the cooling system. On Honda's and Toyota's they are typically somehere behind the glove box.

\015\012This makes sense if you consider that the fan works only on "high" (no resistor in this circuit). Had this same thing happen on a Honda CRX.

Sounds to me like you need a new blower motor resistor assembly.
