Your fuses are an intentional "weak link" in the electrical system. first determine what items are served by the fuses that fail, then check each of those items for faults and check wiring going to them for any chafing that may be causing a short. Sometimes items served by a particular fuse are not listed on the fuse panel. You can find more info in the owners manual and if need be get a good wiring diagram.
Look in the owners manual and you should find a fuse diagram then make sure your fuses are in the right places
