Having problems with your 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe ?

Right at 40 mph transmission rumbles shaking the whole car. Accelerating through 40 it goes away. Do I have to replace the tranny or could it be something else ? Sequencing somehow ???

Did you have your spark plugs replaced? Check to make sure they are gaped properly, this happened to me and I have a v8 so I have 8 plugs and about 3 of them needed to be gaped properly.
Check your drive shafts. I assume it is 4WD. a bad joint can do that. Check your fluid level and condition. If you see black fluid, has a real burnt odor, or there are metal flakes you have a problem. If you bought it new and do not have over 100000 miles it should still be covered. I believe the drivetrain had a 10 year 100000 mile warranty.
