Having problems with your 2002 Isuzu Trooper ?

We have a 2002 Isuzu Trooper which has developed a misfire and a mechanic has told us it is 99% chance it is injectors. It has just been into dealer for check on recalled injectors and thought it was fate but they are not the ones being recalled. They were replaced in 2006 though. Also the turbo was replaced about a year ago. Few teething problems with it which we had to get our mechanic to sort. Was billowing black smoke more than usual. Could the turbo have wrecked the injectors perhaps?

Answers :

You need to get a tech 2 plugged in to the car , that will see if its injectors or not and if the turbo is boosting correctly .
