Your problem can be caused by a few different items. Throttle pressure may be low, but this generally happens when it has not been adjusted properly after a rebuild or engine work has been done unless a control cable has broken. Next is the map sensor that has some influence over the electronic shift control. after that is the control itself. If the fluid you changed was not burned or contaminated with either clutch material or fine metal, I believe you will find your problem in one of the items I mentioned. Or, possibly your speed sensor.
One caution though. Don't run your engine up to 5K too often or you will find a connecting rod hanging out of the block very soon...it ain't a smallblock chevy!!! Do some good testing or bring it to a relaible transmission shop asap!
