Having problems with your 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

My blower motor doesn't work, I replaced the blower motor and it still doesn't blower, the fuse is good so what is the problem?

The resistor block on the heater plenum is probably bad...these tend to open over time and will cause this type of failure...to find it, it will be near the fan motor on the heater housing...it usually has 3-4 wires connecting to a connector. This resistor is mounted in the air flow from the fan motor due to the fact that it needs to be cooled...it controls the different speeds of the motor and is inline with the power source of the motor...it is usually not very expensive and ..in fact you could go to autozone and they should be able to pull up a diagram to show you where it is exactly
Sounds like the switch or the resistor pack, if the motor works on the highest speed then it"s a good bet that it's the resistor pack. You should test before replacing anything.
