Having problems with your 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

Fan resistor I have a 1999 Jeep grand cherokee and the fan stopped working i have been told that it is the resistor, can you tell me where this is located ? Thanks **** engine overheating

I had the same issue on my 1999 Grand Cherokee. I replaced the fan motor which was only 68.00 from Auto Zone and the fan relay sensor which is located behind the front left side of the bumper, which was about 30.00 from Autozone. I would suggest testing the motor with the 12V (fused). You can test it with your car battery, if it works, then i would suggest replacing your fan motor sensor, behind the front left side of the bumper.
