As was said in Solution #1,there is No Tune-up with todays high tech vehicles.
\015\012Changing Spark Plugs,Air Filter, Cleaning MAF Sensor and Throttle Body ,is preventative maintainance,as it has been, for the last 30 years.
\015\012You should have a PO-301 & PO303 Codes, set with the MIL Light you got on.That is a bad COP, Coil-On-plug ,on cylinders 1&3.
\015\012They are $59.00 at the auto parts store. You can change yourself.
\015\012Only the PCM (Computer) tunes your vehicle, not a repair shop mechanic.
\015\012Coil failures are real common on Fords with COP ignition systems, since 1998.
First things first there is no real traditional tune-up on your car because it is distributorless

the codes that are setting may or may not be related to the work you had done

therefore, get the car back to the garage that did the work and have them retest and/or repair the vehicle for FREE
