Having problems with your 2002 Mazda Tribute ?

I have an 02 Mazda Tribute with a leaking radiator. Are there any tricks in removing the radiator to repair it? The Radiator People told me that they have never done one of these before and may have to remove the bumper to access the radiator and that they can't do it because they are not licensed to remove bumpers.I want to do it myself because I can't believe it could be that difficult .
