Answers :

1. Is compressor engaging? You cannot just stuff referigerant into the system without knowing how much is in there already. If you do, you can do far more damage to the system! 2. Are there any leaks? Find out before wasting your time on charging. If system is empty, it must be purged before charging. Air in system will also cause problems
3. There are several control units and sensors on an a/c system. They should be tested before doing anything. This is one area that requires far more than guessing to service!!! System is pressurized and can be dangerous to work on as well!! My best solution is to have a competent shop look at it. In the long run, it should be cheaper and safer than diong it yourself!
