The 2002 S60 per the maufacturer is an all wheel drive car. You did not say if you thought is was in the front middle or rear of the car.

\015\012Having said that... when a car shakes over 60 MPH the causes can be
\015\0121. Unbalanced tire (Lost wheel weight or.. recently had a flat repaired / used a flat fixer and have a lump of new sealant inside the tire.)
\015\012
\015\0122. A worn drive shaft U-joint (knuckle) It can be on either end of the drive shaft.

\015\0123. If the front of the car shakes there can be suspension / steering arm issues with bushings, bearings, or rod ends. There can also be a problem with the trans-axle drive shaft to one of the wheels where the internal pivot bearings have failed allowing the trans-axle to have an eliptical rotation.

\015\012All of the above will require a visual inspection to determine exactly what it is that is causing the problem.
