First remove all seen screws, including mirror screw, arm-rest screws, and remove window and lock controls, they should pry out and the disconnect the wiring. Then with a large flat-tipped screwdriver, pry the panel off all the way around the panel until it is loose. If there is a spot that just won't pop off, there may be a screw left in there that needs to be removed. After panel is all loose, you can the lift up and then off the door.
When going to put on, just lightly tap the plastic tabs back in the holes of the door, making sure they are correctly aligned so they don't brake off.
