Having problems with your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan AWD ?

2003 dodge grand caravan sport will not start. I have interior, and exterior lights, instrument panel lights. There is no check engine light and there is a clicking sound in the fuse relay box. A fuse for the fuel pump was blown and replaced, and there is still nothing. I have no clue where to begin. please help.

There is a relay box under the hood. Probably. When you take off the lid, the underside shows you which relays are which. Check to see if you are getting voltage to the relay. It is a four prong relay, so one hole will go to the starter, one will have voltage all the time (from the battery), one will go to the chassis ground, and the last one, you guessed it, gets voltage from the key. But only when you have an assistant try to crank it while you test it. If you are not getting voltage there, and all your fuses and fusible links are good, it IS probable that it might be the rollover switch, or PCM (Powertrain Control Module). But I recommend following a troubleshooting procedure before just replacing parts. That can add up $$$ real quick! Good luck!
Where is this switch located?
