Having problems with your 2003 Ford Explorer ?

It feel like my transmission is slipping when I attempt to accelerate. My 2003 ford explorer feels like its "jumping" and it happens often. I am at about 107k miles, its a used vehicle. Also when going a high speeds around 60-70 mph, the car vibrates and makes a loud humming noise, and you can feel vibrations on the passednger side. What do I need to do?

It could be 2 things the rear differential for the 4 wheel drive or the torque converter, " is this an auto ?"
you may need to bleed the system through if this is the hydrolic set up, they have a slave cylinder and this can often be the cause if the fluid is low or has air in it.

Hope this helps
