Having problems with your 2003 Ford F350 Super Duty DRW SuperCab ?

'03 F-350 7.3 Powerstroke cranks but doesn't start.

\015 I bought a 2003 F-350 7.3 liter with 107k miles from an Arkansas wholesaler. I ran a CarFax on the VIN and it showed the truck as a one owner and no other info/history. Next morning won't start. "Gee, we didn't have any problems." My good mechanic diagnosed and replaced the following: Glow Plug Relay ($125) Injector Drive Module($777+$53!!!), Battery cable end, Fuel Heater, Fuel Heater Thermostat & Water Infuel Sensor. Checked glow plug resistance, Injector resistance- all were the same, Fuel Pump pressure 112 psi deadheaded, Both head rail were 60psi. $1527 total. Arky wholesaler refunded me $1030 even though I bought it "AS IS". My mechanic conferred with a Ford dealer diesel mechanic after all of this and he has no ideas. Still won't start except with a gasoline soaked rag in front of the air intake. Once it is started, it will continue to start throughout the day. Next day, cranks but won't start.\015\012In the shop for 4 weeks, sittting in driveway for 4 weeks.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 23-07-2018

You have to check the oil pressure coming from the high pressure oil pump!you need 700lb oil pressure to the injectors ! you have to check through the icp port! also check ur ipr valove the screws into the high pressure pump!! hp pump is located in the galley in the front of engine!
