This is a Code for the Camshaft sensor circuit. It can be the camshaft sensor, the wiring loom, or the PCM it reports to.

A lot depends on if the car runs at all. The wiring loom and the camshaft sensor can be checked for continuity with an Ohmmeter. The PCM is an expensive part and is delicate. Testing is more involved.

Hopefully the first few things you look at will reveal the defect.
