Having problems with your 2003 GMC Yukon ?

A noise at the front wheels

\015 The wheels make a noise and the truck feels like it is jumping when I turn slowly after I have riden the truck for a while (when it is cold it does it less). We took it to the shop they charges $1800 to replace the front rod but it did not fix the problem. We took it back but they did not figure out what was wrong they themsevels took it to the dealership and no one there knew what was the problem. I co-worker of mine suggested a sensor for the AWD system in the front wheels. Is there such a thing? how can it get fix? help please!!!!\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 22-07-2019

Answers :

The jumping is the transfer case, change the fluid and that should correct the problem, it may also be the cause of the noise.
Shame on the $1800 wrong diagnoses. I am sorry I have no answer, but I certainly would try and get some money back for work not needed to be done, done give your money away!
