Answers :

If your starter is turning, but not engaging, your start is more than likely stuck. Replace your starter and you should be alright. You could try tapping on the starter with a hammer to try and dislodge the starter gear, but this doesn't always work, and is very inconvenient.
This could be any number of things, these vehicles have imobilizers which will prevent the car from starting with the wrong key or if chip in the key is damaged. If that is the case it will need o be towed into the dealer. it may also be a mechanical problem with either the fuel system or electrical system being the cause. Does the car have enough fuel? You can try having somebody tap on the gas tank while trying to start it. if that works, the fuel pump is your problem. there are so many things that could prevent the car from starting, but i hope i was able to help
