Having problems with your 2003 Jeep Wrangler ?

The odometer is not working and my 10 amp fuse keeps blowing, not sure what is causing this problem. The trip miles are working and can be reset which leads me to believe that the cable is working properly. Do I have to replace the entire instrument panel to fix this problem?
