Checking the bulb in the rear view mirror would be the next step.
\015\012Adjust the mirror to it's most outward position to reveal 1 of 2 release clips. Use a flat screw driver to release it then move the mirror to it's most inward positon to reveal the 2nd clip, the housing will slide off exposing the bulb.
The bulbs are probably burned out so try these instructions to replace the bulbs.Gently push the door side of the mirror around so that you can get your fingers behind the glass. The popping noise you will hear is normal and is not causing any damage. Put your fingers behind the glass and gently pull the glass off from the outside toward the door. The mirror, with just a little force, should pop out of the motor mounts to reveal the two lamp sockets inside the mirror. twist the lamp socket counter clockwise and remove to access the bulb. Let me know if you need anything further.

To reinstall the glass, center the mirror on the motor mount and press the center of the mirror until all four tabs engage. Do not push on the outer edges of the glass as this may break it.
