Having problems with your 2003 Pontiac Montana ?

When starting the vehicle, the clock needs to be rest as if it has lost power, I checked the battery terminals and they seem to be clean and tight. I have noticed that the starter seems to drag when being started and this morning I drove it about 35 miles, shut it off and it wouldnt restart without a jump start all it would do is click when turned over.

Answers :

Check your battery if it is ok, check all ground connections. If they are corroded, you will not get enough current to spin starter. Check motor to body ground strap, battery to motor connection and battery to body connection. Remove the bolt that is holding the connections on because it can look allright and still be corroded underneath.
