Having problems with your 2003 Toyota Camry Solara ?

I think the front-right CV joint may be going out on my 2003 Solara SLE (it makes a funny noise when I turn the car while I am driving, but not from a complete stop). What would be the least expensive 'fix-all' for this problem?

Answers :

CHEAP FIX IF YOU CAN BUY THE FRONT AXLE.FIX IT YOUR SELF OR LET A TIRE ALIGNMENT SHOP FIX IT.THE DEALERSHIP WILL BE VERY EXPENSIVE.
If it is the CV joint (and it does sound like it is), the least expensive option will be to replace the CV joint. This is really the only solution available, but the popping or funny noises can also indicate other worn parts such as struts, shocks, tire rod ends, and even the rack and pinion in your steering system. I would check all of this before going through the aggravation of replacing the CV joint.
