You dont need to lower the motor to do this you may have to get from the underneigth of the car or remove the rear wiper bucket this will give you more room, a trick i learned but not sure if this van has it is if you have two wish bone type engine mounts on top of the engine then unbolt them and pry engine forward then slide bolt into mount and hole on bottom of mount, here a diadram of the mount. hope this helps.
