This happened to mine also, and as stated above that is how it was fixed
Sometimes the bearing holding the a/c pulley becomes out of grease and start sounding. This is an advice that is time to replace the clutch or if available the bearing. To replace it the a/c unit has to be removed. The gas (134A) properly evacuated and all hoses detached. To remove the clutch a puller is needed. Also a snap ring plier remover. Once replaced, attach everything in the reverse order. A vacuum has to be done in the a/c unit and gas and oil added. Enjoy it!
