Having problems with your 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer ?

Low beam headlights

\015 When I start the car low beams will work. As I drive maybe a mile or two they will just turn off, I can flip the high beams on and they will work. I switch the high beams off and on and seems after driving for another mile or two the low beams will start working again.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 14-10-2019

Answers :

Try swapping #45 cooling fan relay and #46 HDM (headlight driver module) relay in the underhood fuse block. These are solid state modules and are not like conventional relays.
Thank you so much for the solution you added here my headlights went out last night an my husband was trying to figure out why and could not. I read this while he was working on my car and it worked. thank you again.
