Hello there:
You have a diverter plate that switches the heat from the dash to the floor
this is normally operated by a small cable or it cdould be electronic so what you are going to have to do is to pull find out if yours is electronic and if it is than have the electronic actuator replaced or if it is a cable check to see if it is still hooked up and is not broke ok ?

Your power brake modular is loosing vaccum which affects all units that are vaccum operated, you have a vaccum leak, single diaphram is bad to vent selector modulator, controls not connected (broken) to vent controller (can you hear/feel tension of the cable moving in the cable sheath? Is it LOOSER that usual? Mechanical item ware faster that properly designed electronics
