Having problems with your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 ?

2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. EGR valve replaced, Did a #23 Fuse pull PCM reset. Engine slow to respond slight misfire. OBD2 reading at idle 620 rpm, MAP at 10.93 inHg, time at #1 is 11 deg and ATP is 14.12%. Is a fuse pull PCM ok or should I do a Battery Terminal pull reset? Also is 620 rpm a little low? And a MAP of 10.93 inHg a little high? Thanks, Rob
