How do I take the caliper off of my 2004 dodge ram 2500?

  3. \015\012Press the caliper piston back into the bore with a suitable prytool. Use a large C-clamp to drive the piston into the bore of additional force is required.

  4. \015\012Install the mounting bolts by hand, then tighten them to 38 ft. lbs. (51 Nm) on 2001–02 models; 24 ft. lbs. (32 Nm) on 2003–05 models.

  5. \015\012Attach the brake hose, using new washers, and torque the bolt to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm).
