Having problems with your 2004 Dodge Stratus ?

I have a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus that is not passing inspection. There is no check engine light on, and the catalystic convertor and oxygen sensors are not reading, so it is not passing. It keeps saying to be reset. So I have driven it over 500 miles and it is still not passing.(3 times to the station already) Originally it was 8 sensors not reading now it is only 3 - the cat convertor and 2 oxygen sensors. Check the Power Control Module Confectioners. Look for any damages like corrosion or break in the wire and also check the fuses in the fuse box. Look for corrosion in the fuse box it self since it's located under the hood where condensation forms during the night and replace any bad fuses and last is to check the wire leads to the O2 sensors.
