Having problems with your 2004 Ford Explorer ?

My '04 Ford ExplorerXLT has the ABS light & 4x4 high light flashn

\015 Can someone tell me what is needed to fix this problem. Seems to be a regular issue. I am hearing a rear ABS sensor may be the problem but would I need to replace both sides or is there just one? Napa guy said he couldn't find a rear ABS sensor for a 04 explorer is it called something else?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 26-10-2020

Answers :

There is a rear abs sensor, it's located on top of the rear differetial, my manual is showing just one.
Here is the abs sensor for that rig and the price, it's on the rear differtal or on the back of the transmisson I have inclued a web page so that you may be able to see what they look like, there is two types for this showing.
